  • Fill out the DS-160 form carefully. The form consists of 10 sections, covering personal details, travel history, and visa-related information.
  • Review your details, then print your DS-160 confirmation page (this is required for your appointment).

Step 2: Schedule Your Visa Interview

  1. Visit the USA visa appointment portal: https://portal.ustraveldocs.com/.
  2. Click on “New User?” to create an account.
  3. Log in and select “Schedule Appointment”.
  4. Fill in the required details and answer the questions.
  5. Confirm your appointment date and print the confirmation page.

Processing Time & Final Steps

  • Attend your visa interview at the nearest U.S. embassy or consulate.
  • Bring all required documents and any supporting materials to strengthen your application.
  • After approval, your passport will be stamped with the visa, and you can travel to the USA!
